I paint my life’s journey. I am inspired by all things at different times. The journey is filled from the minutest image of the colors of a beetle’s wings to the expression on a face, the vastness of a landscape, or the internal feelings of personal experiences.I paint to respond to my emotional, spiritual, physical life experiences, and for the fulfillment and joy it brings me when I am lost in the creative process of bringing mind, sight, and materials together – like a conductor before great music.
My art has no particular set style; it changes with the exploration of the many medias and objects that are necessary to complete a particular work of art.
I want to paint the world from the outside in and from the inside out. It is one of my ways of expressing what the Creator created me to do in this life.
